Biotechvana is a R&D initiative working in the generation of new ideas, software products and database tools in Biotechnology, applying to them easy automatization and versatile management of biological data.
We strive to deliver bioinformatics and computational resources, making available to other authors a sustainable networking in Bioinformatics and -omic research. Biotechvana delivers resources and computational tools useful to other researchers development of significant insights, thus enabling advancement in research, health, and education.
Yet our scope has room for biological and molecular diversity, as well; we are interested in evolution, particularly in the molecular evolution of viruses and mobile genetic elements, their evolutionary impact, and the diseases they cause in living organisms. This topic embraces several areas of science such as molecular evolution, protein structure analyses, gene and protein functional information, pre-clinical and clinical trials, network biology, and the evolution of life.
